Do you stand on the scale and get completely stressed out when you see a number that you really don't like? Are thoughts immediately shooting through your head that should help you bring that figure down quickly? I fully recognize it. Every Monday morning I had these feelings and every Monday I stopped eating. At least for three days because that was usually the time I lasted. Then I ate everything that was loose and stuck and the tune started all over again. It's unbelievable but I'm completely over it and I'm going to share with you how I did it.

For half a life I only looked at what I did or didn't eat. And especially not. 

What changed everything is not looking at the food you put in your mouth, but at what other things in life 'feed' you. What makes you happy, what gives you energy? It is my experience that if you live in balance, your eating pattern will also come into balance automatically. The scale is no longer the most important thing, but more how you feel. For me really THE revelation of my life.

Make a list of things that are important to you, for example social life, education, career. Give all aspects a number between 1 and 10. At 1 you don't do anything with it at all at 10 you are satisfied. If Social Life is a 4, see what grade you would like it to be. Then think of one or two action steps that you can implement in the coming period to work towards that desired figure. 

Education was very low for me, I started training so that I no longer grabbed the chocolate pot in the evening hours but started learning wonderfully, something that gave me a lot of satisfaction and ... I hardly ate any sugar anymore. See how this works. And I didn't have to think once about whether or not to eat chocolate, because I was learning wonderfully.

This is really the only way that works to get rid of your disturbed eating behavior and be happy with your body, not dieting but looking at all other aspects of your life.
