What a fantastically beautiful book you have made!! I think that many (young) people can really benefit from that. It's actually strange that such a book has never been written (at least I don't know it) and super cool that you just did it for a while! I hope and believe this could be the start of a change. It's only when you've been out of the dance world for a while like I am now that you see how bizarre that world can be and how little attention is actually paid to the health of the most important instrument - your body. Actually, every dance academy should give this book to students in the first year. That would be a nice step.
