You are at the barre, class has just started when the door opens and some teachers walk in and sit down. You're breaking out in a sweat, what's going on? They say yes

'don't stress, we'll just come and have a look', but you feel the fear in every cell of your body. During the lesson, the teacher who is teaching keeps shouting that we have to lengthen our muscles. And every time she says it she looks at me. Then just say I'm too fat and it's not going to work out. Every time she says it I see the audience nod in agreement.

Fortunately the lesson is over, what a misery. Others get compliments and nothing is said to you. You can cry and quickly go to the toilet to do the same. You wipe away your tears, pull yourself open the toilet door again, shoulders straight and go!

This is not possible because that fear comes back every time. Your self-confidence is hard to find and it gets in the way of your performance. You feel that you really need to do something about it, you need help with this, that's clear.

The solution is indeed seeking help, that is a first step, how wonderful that you acknowledge that.

The only stumbling block is where? At school it is really essential that you act as if nothing is wrong. You depend on the people who judge you and you are really not going to tell them the truth, you will have to leave school later, that is what the fear has to do with all the time.

The person you see in front of you is independent and very knowledgeable and knowledgeable, knows exactly what it's like, has been in the same situation but it has turned around, you want that too.

Incidental information at school does not help you any further and it is not the intention to go to a psychologist right away. You want structural guidance and a health coach for dancers can offer you that, that's what you need.

You are back at the barre but the situation is completely different. By working together with a health coach outside school for 6 months, you have confidence again.

She listened to you, held you accountable for things you came up with yourself, looked at all facets of your life. During those 6 months, as if by magic, all fell

'food puzzle pieces' in place, a big bonus. She had humor, recognized the situations that made you feel like someone understood you and that was so nice. And when teachers walked in again, you welcomed them with a big smile. And after class it was noticed that you had progressed so much and just beamed, what did you do? I like that to myself.

Do you also need independent help so that you can talk freely about everything that is going on?
