I want to lose weight; is that possible with SPITZ? programma’s?

Yes, with the SPITZ 1-on-1 coaching program, we focus on developing healthy, sustainable habits that can help you reach your goals, including weight loss. Rather than quick fixes, SPITZ is about lasting changes that support both your physical and mental well-being.

This program is not for you if your ONLY goal is to lose weight.

I’ve already graduated; can I still join the program?

Absolutely. Even if you’re already working in the dance world, you can still join this program.

I don’t have a diagnosed eating disorder, but my relationship with food is unhealthy. Can you help me?

We’ll explore this together during the inspiration session. I may refer you to professional help if needed. If that’s the case, we can still work together alongside that support if needed.

Is coaching covered by my insurance?

At the moment health coaching is not covered by insurance yet.

I do not live in Amsterdam, can you still help me?

Yes I can, We’ll have our 1:1 sessions online.

How long do I have access to the app once it launches in January 2025?

You have access to the app during the 6 months and three months after you finish.

If weight loss happens during the process, it’s simply a bonus.If I still want to lose weight, can I join this program?

Nothing helped me so far, what is so different about this program?

I completely understand where you’re coming from and know that you’re tired, frustrated, and exhausted from the struggle. But I truly believe things can be different for you because I’ve seen time and again how life-changing this process can be. If you’re willing to take a leap of faith and trust the process (and me), I promise you this will be unlike anything you’ve ever done before.

What if I cannot pay the whole amount at once?

If you’re unable to pay the full amount at once, SDB Health Coaching offers different payment plans we can discuss.

I have an eating disorder, can I follow the program?

Nothing can replace intensive specialized therapy for an eating disorder, but this program can offer additional support alongside personal treatment. If you’re unsure, consult your treatment team for advice on whether the SPITZ program is suitable for you at all times.
