What a fantastic book you’ve created! I think many (young) people can truly benefit from it. It’s surprising that a book like this hasn’t been written before (at least not that I know of), and it’s amazing that you’ve actually gone ahead and done it! I hope and believe this could be the start of a real change. Only after being out of the dance world for a while, like I am now, do you start to see how intense that world can be and how little focus is actually placed on keeping the most important tool – your body – healthy. Every dance academy should really be giving this book to students in their first year. That would be a great step forward.

Anyway – I think it’s incredible that you wrote this and how beautiful it turned out to be!
